i don’t know if dictionary.com is a reliable source, but the plural of cerberus can be either cerberuses or cerberi.
According to the OED, Cerberus is the Latin form derived from the Greek Kerberos. It gives Cerberi as the plural.
I looked it up while I was going through the script. “Cerberi” is the correct plural, “Cerberuses” is accepted.
